Buying a completed apartment
What does “completed” mean for me?
The Grande is finished. You can walk through the apartment you are thinking of buying, check the outlook, the light and the finishes, and know exactly what you will get. Once your purchase settles, you can move in or rent it out.
How much are the apartments?
One bedroom from $584,900, two bedroom from $905,900 and three bedroom from $1,120,900, as supplied by the developer on 29 October 2026. Up to $130,000 off selected apartments, for a limited time. Prices on application. Register and Glenn will send you the current price list for the apartments that fit what you are after.
How do I inspect?
Register on this site or call Glenn Mayes on 0488 161 674, and he will arrange a time to see the apartments that suit you.
What happens when I decide to buy?
You sign the developer’s contract for sale and pay the deposit it sets. Your conveyancer or solicitor reviews the contract and handles settlement; on the settlement date in your contract your loan pays the balance and you receive the keys. Stamp duty and legal fees depend on you and the apartment, so ask your conveyancer what applies to you.
Who is the seller?
Geocon, the developer. NextKey Property Strategists markets and introduces the apartments; the developer sets the price and enters into the contract with you.
Short on a deposit?
Can Springboard help at The Grande?
Because The Grande is complete, its apartments can be bought through the Springboard Homes Community Funding Program. The deposit and upfront costs may be covered by a separate deposit loan, while a loan from an accredited lender covers the rest. The deposit is raised by Australians helping Australians buy property. Designed for households on $120,000 or more with steady full-doc income, Australian citizens with clean credit, buying in their own name to live in or invest. Not a guarantor loan, not shared equity and not a gift: the deposit loan is repaid, and fees apply.
What would the split look like?
| Example: a one-bedroom apartment at the “from” price | $584,900 |
| Home loan from an accredited lender (80%) | $467,920 |
| Deposit (20%), through the Community Funding Program deposit loan | $116,980 |
| Upfront costs (stamp duty, legal fees), which may also be covered by the deposit loan | vary by buyer |
Why only completed homes?
The Community Funding Program funds homes that are already built. The Grande is complete, so its apartments can be bought through it.
Is it a gift or shared equity?
No. It is not a guarantor loan, not shared equity and not a gift: the deposit loan is repaid, and fees apply. It is in addition to your home loan.
How do I find out if I am eligible?
Tick “I’d like to know if Springboard could help with my deposit” when you register, or ask Glenn. Eligibility is assessed individually by Your Loan Assist, and not everyone who applies will be eligible.
Illustration only, for eligible buyers. It assumes an 80% home loan; actual amounts depend on the lender’s valuation and approval and on Your Loan Assist’s assessment.
