This website is operated by NextKey Property Strategists (“NextKey”, “we”, “us”). This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you register, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, the time you would like us to call, and whether you ticked the box asking if Springboard could help with your deposit. Our website also records technical information with each registration: the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. These help us to stop spam and misuse of the form.
Why we collect it
- to send you the The Grande price list, floor plans and information you ask for;
- to contact you about The Grande, arrange inspections and answer your questions;
- to book the call you ask for in our calendar, which sends you a calendar invitation;
- if you ask about Springboard, to check whether the Community Funding Program could suit you;
- to keep a record of your enquiry; and
- to protect the website from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We may share your details with the developer, Geocon, and its sales team so that your enquiry can be answered and, if you decide to buy, so that a contract can be prepared. If you tick the Springboard box, we may share your details with Springboard Homes (a NextKey Pty Ltd business) and with CRE8 Finance Pty Ltd t/a Your Loan Assist, which provides the credit services under the Community Funding Program, so that they can contact you about it. We use service providers to run this website and our email and customer records, and they handle your information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing
We may contact you about The Grande after you register. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or by contacting us using the details below.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Some of our service providers may store information outside Australia.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
